The closing ceremony of a training course on crafting was held at the meeting room of the Department of Rural Development under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation in Myittha, Mandalay Region yesterday.
    

Regional Lawmaker U Min Aung and an official from the DRD gave concluding speeches and presented completion certificates to the trainees. A trainee also spoke words of thank and the deputy township administrator urged the trainees to utilize the techniques learned from the training course in real life. Those present then viewed round various fancy bags created by the trainees.

The vocational training course run from 8 to 22 May and was attended by 23 trainees throughout the township.—IPRD
