A drug pusher was arrested in northern Shan state city of Lashio yesterday night.

A police patrol busted into a walking man who attracted their attention, prompting them to conduct a police search of him. The searched exposed a total of 140 stimulant tablets weighing 12.6 g from him.

The police pressed drug charges against Aik Oo, 19, under narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances law.—District IPRD
