THE commissioning ceremony for the 25th Intake of the Defence Services Medical Academy (DSMA) took place yesterday morning at the DSMA convocation hall. The event was attended by Lt-Gen Lin Aung, Military Appointment-General of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army), senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, DSMA Commandant Brig-Gen Soe Nyunt, and the graduating cadets.
As per the ceremony’s agenda, Lt-Gen Lin Aung, senior Tatmadaw officers, and the DSMA commandant took their places on the stage. Lt-Gen Lin Aung then presented commissioning certificates to each of the graduating cadets.
Following the presentation of certificates, Lt-Gen Lin Aung delivered a speech, before concluding the ceremony. — MNA/TKO
