DEPARTMENT of Urban and Housing Development declared those entitled to draw lots to buy 249 units of Yoma Yeiktha, Yuzana Phase III, Thilawa and Kyansitmin Phase I housing under a home loan of the Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank (CHID) with a low interest rate.
A total of 2,020 people have deposited more than K3 million at the CHID Bank, and 1,165 of them applied for it. It will exercise a first-come, first-served system. Early birds are entitled to draw lots.
The drawing lots event will take place at 10 am on 27 June 2025 at the hall on the second floor of DUHD in Botahtaung Township.
Those eligible to draw lots or authorized persons on their behalf can participate in the event by providing citizenship scrutiny cards and authorization letters.
Those selected buyers will receive a statement of loan evaluation on that day. That statement can be taken out by 11 July as well. If they fail to withdraw the statement, they are no longer permitted to buy the housing unit.
