A stake driving ceremony for construction of the staff housing was held at the construction site in Ward-1, Myingyan Township in Mandalay Region on Saturday.
    

At the ceremony, Lower House MP U Sein Myint, Township Administrator U Nyi Nyi Aung and the owner of Kyel Sin Min Construction Company U Sein Win drove the stakes at designated places in the construction site and sprinkled scented water. The staff housing project will be built by Kyel Sin Min Construction Company with Ks. 248.912 million allocated by the Department of Urban and Housing Development (DUHD) under the Ministry of Construction in the fiscal year 2018-2019.
    

The ceremony was also attended by Upper House Lawmaker U Aung Myo Latt, regional legislators U Khin Maung Aye and U Chan Myae, officials from the Department of Urban and Housing Development and The Department of Rural Development, and departmental staff.—U Zaw Min Naing
