Summara, 28 November

A total of eight people, who ate beef, felt sick in the town of Summara in Lashe township, Naga Self-administered Zone, Sagaing region on 21st November. 

The incident happened when local people cooked and ate beef that was bought at least four or five days ago. Most of the affected people were children and older people who ate beef salad and beef intestine.

The condition was not serious although the sick were vommiting, according to Dr. Than Phyo Hlaing of Summara town.—Sanay Maung (Khamti)
