The Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement disbursed social pension to elderly citizens above 85 years old in Dagon Township, Yangon Region this morning.

An official from the township Department of Social Welfare made a domiciliary visit to dispense social pension to the house of elderly people in the township and handed over K 30000 each to senior citizens in the township for the months of January, February and March.

Department of Social Welfare has been providing social pension to elderly citizens once every three months in wards in the Township.—Za Pyu Win, IPRD
