Department of Social welfare under Ministry of Social welfare, Relief and Resettlement provided social pension to elderly people above 85 years old in Htinzin village tract in Khampat Township, Sagaing Region on 17 March. 

Administrator of Htinzin Village tract and concerned persons from the villages made a domiciliary visit to provide social pension to the homes of elderly people in three villages tracts in the township and disbursed K 210000 to them.

Seven senior citizens who are eligible for social pension in the township received K 30000 each for the months of January, February and March.—Thar Nge, IPRD
