Staff from Department of Social Welfare under Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement and the township General Administration Department made a domiciliary visit to provide cash aid to the homes of elderly people above 85 years old in Mawlamyinekyun Township, Ayeyarwady Region amid the outbreak of COVID-19 and disbursed financial aid to them. 

Under this financial aid program, 927 elderly people above 85 years old in the township received K 3000 each for three months.
