Mongyu, 16 September

Staff from the township Department of Social Welfare, members of the township Women’s Affairs Association and Maternal and Child Welfare Association provided social pension to elderly people above 85 years old in ward and villages in Mongyu Township, Tachilek District, Shan State(East) this morning on a door to door basis. 

Under this cash aid program, seven elderly people who are eligible for social pension in ward and villages in the township received K 30000 each for the months of July, August and September.—Ko Ko Naing, IPRD
