The Department of Social Welfare is providing social pension to elderly people over 85 years old across the nation. On May 25, Mese Township Department of Social Welfare made a domiciliary visit to provide social pension to the elderly over 85 years old in the township. 

The officials from the Township General Administration Department and Township Social Welfare and ward and village administrators provided K 30,000 each for first three months to nine elderly people in the township.
