Officials from Department of Social Welfare dispensed social pension to senior citizens aged 85 and above in four wards in the Town of Pantanaw yesterday on a door to door basis. 

Staff from the Township General Administration Department, Department of Social Welfare and respective Ward Administrators handed over social pension to senior citizens who are eligible for social pension from four wards in the Town of Pantanaw.

Under this cash aid program, a total of 1159 elderly people aged 85 and above from four wards and 52 villages in the Township will receive Ks. 30000 each for three months.—Pyea Phyo Kyaw(IPRD)
