A ceremony to furnish social pensions to the elderly who are over 85 years old was held at the public services office in Einme, Myaungmya Township, Myaungmya District, Ayeyarwady region at 10:00 am today. 

On the occasion, Deputy Township Administrator U Zaw Myint Htwe and Daw Win Theingi Min, head of the Township Social Welfare Department handed over K 22.68 million to 756 elderly people, each of whom received K 30000. 

Social pensions are being given every three months to the elderly, according to the District SWD.—Chit Thet Le ( Einme IPRD)
