Katha District Information and Public Relations Department and Township Library Supervision Committee jointly opened the 3rd free English Grammar Four Skill course at Community Centre in Katha, Sagaing Region this morning.

At the ceremony, an official from the Information and Public Relations Department clarified the purpose of the course. A total of 30 trainees including departmental personnel and students who passed the 2018 matriculation exam are attending the course. The course opens from 9 am to 10 am every day and it will continue until 20 July.
