Tangyan, 22 Aungust

In commemoration of the International Day of Democracy, essay writing, poem reciting and painting competition, organized by the Township Education officer’s Office, was conducted at B.E.H.S-2 in Tangyan, Shan State (north) this morning.

Altogether 65 students including high school level students and middle school level students competed in the competition.

The competition was supervised by U Kan Shein and officials from the Township Education officer’s Office.—Min Oo Lwin, IPRD
