Gangaw, 19 July

In commemoration of the 73rd Martyrs' Day which falls on 19 July, the township Information and Public Relations Department organized primary and middle school student level essay witting competition at Ayethuta Library in Myoma Ward in the town of Gangaw, Magway Region this morning.

First of all, a community leader clarified the purpose of the contest and explained the disciplines to be followed by students. Then, students from primary and middle schools in the town competed in the completion.

This was followed by the presentation of awards to outstanding students by officials. Afterwards, U Khin Maung Myint, secretary of the library spoke words of thanks to the competitors.—Htin Aung Naing(Gangaw)
