Chairman of the State Administration Council Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Senior Gen­eral Min Aung Hlaing and wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla offered alms and meals to members of the Sangha at the Waso robe of­fering ceremony for 2023 of families of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief (Army, Navy and Air) at the hall of the Office of Commander-in-Chief (Army), yesterday morning.

The Senior General and wife offered Waso robes and alms to Thanlyin Minkyaung Sayadaw Agga Maha Pandita Agga Maha Saddhamma Joti­kadhaja Dr Bhaddanta Candi­ma Bhivamsa.

SAC Vice-Chairman Dep­uty Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Command­er-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe also donated Waso robes and alms to Presid­ing Nayaka of Kyaukme Thiho Pariyatti Buddhist Learning Centre of Shan State Agga Maha Pandita Dr Bhaddanta Candanasara.

The Senior General, his wife and attendees shared merits gained.
