Monsoon agri-loans and COVID-19 special relief loan were dispensed to farmers in Hpapun Township, Kayin State at Township General Administration Department starting from 13 July. 

Under the policy of the government, officials from State and District Branches of Myanma Agricultural Development Bank disbursed agri-loans to farmers at a rate of K 150,000 per acre of monsoon paddy field. In addition, COVID-19 Special Relief Loan was dispensed at a rate of K 50,000 per acre of farmland.

A total of K 27,450,000 of agri-loans and K 9,150,000 of COVID-19 special relief loan will be disbursed to 36 farmers in six village-tracts in the township.
