Mawlamyinekyun 15 September

A ceremony to provide farmland compensation to owners whose farmlands were confiscated for the construction of Mawlamyinekyun-Hlaingbon-Thitpoak-Kwinepauk-Pyinsalu Road in Mawlamyinekyun Township, Labutta District, Ayeyawady Region was held at Township General Administration Department this morning.

A total of 122 farmland owners were provided with K 147,014,000 of compensation for their 210.02 acres of farmland at a rate of K 700,000 per acre. 

The occasion was attended by MP U Win Swe of Pyithu Hluttaw, MP U Kyaw Kyaw of Regional Hluttaw, Township Administrator and officials. The ceremony was held in line with the instruction guided by the Ministry of Health and Sports.
