Kayin State Chief Minister Daw Nan Khin Htwe Myint, State Minister for Security and Border Affairs Col. Myo Min Naung, State Minister for Electricity and Industry U Soe Hlaing, secretary of Kayin State Government U Kyaw Soe, MPs of Hluttaw and departmental personnel inspected the location for construction of Government Technical High School in Thandaunggyi Township, Hpa-an District, Kayin State on 8 April.

First, Kyain State Chief Minister and party inspected the upgrade and expansion of uphill road from Pyasakan village to Thandaung Town. The road is a main entrance road for visitors to travel to Thandaunggyi Township and Thandaung Town.

Afterwards, the chief minister and party attended cash donation ceremony to pregnant women and children under two-year old, held at Pathi Hall in Thandaung Town, where the State Chief Minister gave opening remarks. The State Chief Minister and party furnished a total of K 84,330,000 to 1874 people including pregnant women and children at a rate of K 45,000 per head.

Afterwards, the State Chief Minister and party inspected the two locations for the construction of the school, beside Taungoo-Thandaung-Thandaunggyi Road and Tawpyargyi village.
