Maubin 10 June

With the aims of increasing fish production and enriching fish resources, a ceremony to release fingerlings into Toe River was held at Shwe Marlar Port in Maubin Township, Maubin District, Ayeyawady Region on 10 June.

The occasion was attended by Chairmen and members of District and Township Administration Council, officials from District and Township Departments of Fisheries and departmental officials. They then released 500,000 of different kinds of fish species into the river.
