Kyaungkone 6 September

Under the arrangement of Ayeyawady Regional Department of Fisheries, Kyaungkone Township Department of Fisheries held a ceremony to provide fingerlings to fish breeders in Kankalay and Tagundaing village-tracts in the township.

At the ceremony, MP U Thein Tun of Pyithu Hlluttaw, MP Dr. Htein Win of Regional Hluttaw, Township Administrator, officials from District and Township Department of Fisheries, departmental personnel and fish breeders were in attendance.

With the aim of increasing fish resources and promoting fish consumption, the officials provided 1494200 fish species of different kinds to 13 fish breeders in Kankalay village-tract and 151400 fish species of different kinds to 11 fish breeders in Tagundaing village-tract.
