With the aim of increasing fish resources and family income, Langkho District Department of Fisheries in Shan State (South) released fingerlings into 75 acres of paddy fields in Nammawsum village-tract, Mong Nai Township yesterday.

Township Administrator, officials from District Department of Fisheries, members of Township Maternal and Child Welfare Association, Women Affairs Committee, village administrator and farmers released 37500 fish species of different kinds into the paddy fields.
