With the arrangrement of the Department of Fisheries, departmental personnel and social organizations released fingerlings into Warpah Dam and Don-tha-mi Creek in Thaton Township, Mon State this morning.

On the occasion, Thaton District Deputy Administrator U Ye Tun Zaw, Township Administrator U Thein Win, officials from the Department of Fisheries and attendees released a total of 100,000 carp fingerlings into the Warpah Dam and 15,000 carp fingerlings into the Don-tha-mi Creek.

Present on the occasion were District Deputy Administrator, Township Administrator, departmental personnel, members of District Women Affairs Society and District Maternal and Child Welfare Association and invited guests.
