A fire drill, jointly organized by the township Fire Services Department and Development Affairs committee, was conducted in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event about the risks of fire at the Myoma Market in the town of Lawksawk, Shan State this morning.

Firstly, firemen from the township Fire Services Department clarified the purpose of the drill and disseminated knowledge about the risks of fire. Afterwards, firefighters orchestrated how to use fire extinguishers when a fire breaks out in the area.

Also present on the occasion were Chairman of the township management committee U Thein Zaw Win, Police Major Soe Naing from Lawksawk Myoma Police Station, firemen from the township Fire Services Department, members of Myoma Market committee and locals.
