A fire drill was conducted in conjunction with a knowledge sharing event at Myoma market in the town of Chaung-U, Sagaing Region yesterday.

At the event, officials including chairman of the Township Administration Council, Acting Police Major Kyaw Aung, an engineer from the Township Department of Electricity conducted fire safety inspection in the Market.

Afterwards, an official from the Township Fire Services Department shared knowledge about the dangers of the fire and orchestrated how to use fire extinguishers and fire engines when a fire breaks out in the compound of the market.—Win Myint Aung
