A fire drill was conducted in front of the township fire brigade in Seikphyu Township, Magway Region yesterday afternoon with the aim of preventing people’s property and state-owned facilities.

The fire drill was organized by the Fire Services Department (FSD) under the Ministry of Home Affairs with the aim of ensuring fire safety measures and making arrangements for emergency situations. Firefighters demonstrated how to use fire extinguishers and conducted a fire drill with the use of fire engines, water tankers and fire extinguishers.

Officials from the Fire Services Department were involved in the drill.
