A ceremony to hand over fire engines provided by the region Fire Services Department to Natyaekan Village and Changmana Village was held at the in front of the township Fire Services Department in Chang-U Township, Sagaing Region this morning.

At the event, the Pyithu Hluttaw Representative U Myo, MP U Win Myint of the regional Hluttaw, the region Hluttaw Representative U Kyaw San, the township Administrator U Aung Baw, Staff officer of the township Fire Services Department U Tin Aung Moe and community leaders handed over two fire engines to Natyaekan Village Administrator U Phoe San and Chaungmana Village Administrator U Naing Oo.

There are 16 fire engines including seven fire engines in Chaung-U Fire Services Department, two in Khinmon Village, one in Amyint Village, two in Tawkyaunggyi Village, one in Thonepanhle Village, one Mingaung Village, one in Natyaekan Village and one in Chaungmana Village in the township, according to an official from the township Fire Services Department.
