Households who suffered fire at Ward-9 in Mongyaung Township, Tachilek District, Shan State (East) were provided relief items door to door this morning.

During the domiciliary visit, MPs of Hluttaw, Township administrator and officials met with fire victims and spoke words of encouragement.

Next, MP U Aike Kham Hlaing of State Hluttaw, Township Administrator U Nyi Nyi Win, Chairman of Township Development Committee U Tun Nyo, community leaders, members of Township Women Affairs Committee and Maternal and Child Welfare Association provided relief items and cash aid that are furnished by Kengtung District Disaster Management Department. In addition, the household goods and cash assistance provided by donors were also given to fire victims.
