A ceremony to conclude first aid training course was held at the meeting hall of General Administration Department in Mongpan, Linkhay District in Shan State (south) yesterday.

First of all, Patron of the township Red Cross Society U Soe Min Htet gave an opening speech. This was followed by the presentation of completion certificates to 30 trainees by officials.

Afterward, the township Administrator presented uninforms to ten outstanding trainees. Then, Chairman of the township Red Cross Society spoke words of thanks.

Also present on the occasion were Pyithu Hluttaw Representative U Sai Kyaw Moe, Pyithu Hluttaw Representative U Sai Naungh, the state Hluttaw Reprsentative U Sai Aung Khan, the township Admintrator U Soe Min Htet and Chairman of the state Red Cross Society U Htay Win.
