A ceremony to wrap up a basic first aid training course was held at the meeting hall of General Administration Department in Pantanaw, Ayeyawady Region yesterday morning.

At the event, an official from the township GAD and President of the township Red Cross Society delivered speeches.

This was followed by the presentation of completion certificates and awards to the trainees and outstanding trainees by official. The nine-day training course which ran from February 8 to 16 was attended by 30 students from B.E.H.S-1 and B.E.H.S-2 in Pantanaw.

Also present on the occasion were President of the township Red Cross Society Daw Mya Mya Sein, departmental officials, members of social organization, course instructors and trainees.—Aye Chan Aung (Pantanaw)
