A ceremony to open a basic first aid training course was held at the community center of IPRD in Kunlong Township, Shan State (North) this morning.

At the event, Chairman of the township management committee U Aung Kyaw Zayya delivered an opening speech and staff officer of the township Red Cross Society U Kyaw Saw read out the history of Red Cross Society and clarified the aim of the course.

The three-day training course is being attended by 40 trainees from departmental offices and Youth society in the township.—Maing Khine Zaw(Kunlong)
