A ceremony to open a basic first aid training course was held at the University of Meiktila, Mandalay Region this morning.

At the event, an official from the district Red Cross Society U Nay Oo introduced the subjects to be taught to the trainees in the training course and explained the purpose of the training course.

The basic first aid training course is being attended by 80 students including 80 girls and 20 boys from Meiktila University.
