THE Customs Department stated that import recommendations from the Department of Fisheries and Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department can be sought from the Myanmar Automated Cargo Clearance system starting from 15 February, according to MACCS centre’s announcement 2/2025 on 6 February.
The Customs Department joined hands with the Department of Fisheries and Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department (LBVD) to shift to MACCS from a manual process to facilitate trade while granting import recommendations.
