Five COVID-19 positive patients who were receiving medical treatment at People’s Hospital in Thabeikkyin Township, Pyin Oo Lwin District, Mandalay Region were discharged from the hospital on February 4.

Officials from Township Department of Public Health urged them to follow the instructions issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports and to put themselves under quarantine in their homes.

In the township, there are 42 COVID-19 positive patients and out of which, 40 patients were discharged from the hospital, according to the Township Public Health Department.
