THE ceremony to present flags to ensure success to the ministry-level sports teams to participate in in the fifth National Sports Festival was held this afternoon at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Irrigation. During the event, Union Minister U Min Naung emphasized the importance of rigorous training, strong determination, and adhering to the motto, “The best is first”. He presented flags to ensure success to the team leaders and distributed nutritional supplements to the athletes. The ministerial sports teams will compete in six sports events at the festival: football, volleyball, Sepak Takraw, futsal, athletics, and golf. A total of 119 athletes will represent the ministry in the national sports festival. — MNA/KZL
