The Fire Services Department organized a collective tree planting event in the compound of  Kowdun fire services station in Kungyangon Township, Yangon Region on July 1 morning.
    

In the activity, firefighters and their family members led by commander of the fire services station U Myat Thu Htike grew a total of 150 saplings such as teak and hardwood to make the environment clean, green and peaceful and preserve the ecosystem.
