With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, personnel from the township Department of Rural Development disbursed loans to implement emerald green projects to members of village emerald green project committee in Panchaug Village in Tada sub-Township, Kyauktan Township, Yangon Region yesterday on a door to door basis.
At the event, an official from the township DRD clarified the purpose of the project and handed over K 50.0 million to members of village emerald green projects committee in Panchaung Village.
Altogether 227 people – 68 people in agriculture business, 66 in livestock breeding business, 66 in fisheries business, 13 in trading business and 14 who will attend vocational school received loans of the projects.
Personnel from the township DRD disbursed loan of the project to members of village emerald green project in accordance with rules released by Ministry of Health and Sports amid the outbreak of COVID-19.
