With the aim of boosting the income of local people and their socio-economic status, personnel from the township Department of Rural Development disbursed loans to implement emerald green projects to members of village emerald green project committee at B.E.P.S in Kya-in Village in Laymyethna Township, Ayeyarwady Region yesterday.

At the event, an official from the township DRD clarified the purpose of the project and handed over K 33.2 million to members of village emerald green projects committee in the Village.

Altogether 173 people received loans of the projects. Personnel from the township DRD disbursed loan of the project to members of village emerald green project in accordance with rules released by Ministry of Health and Sports amid the outbreak of COVID-19.
