A ceremony to hand over funds of Emerald Green Project to members of village emerald green project committee was held in Lettet Village in Mudon Township, Mon State yesterday. The disbursement of loans is the third of its kind in the village.
During the event, an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of the projects and explained about rules and regulation of the projects to be abided by members of village emerald green project committee and work processes undertaking under the projects.
Then, officials handed over Ks. 33.5 million to 63 members of village emerald green project committee in the village.—Thar Nge(IPRD)
