A ceremony to hand over funds of Emerald Green Project to members of the project in Sankwal village in MongpanTownship, Linkhae District, Shan State (South) was held at the office of the Township General Administration Department this morning.

At the ceremony, Deputy Township Administrator U Kyaw Myo Tun gave opening remarks and an official from the Township Department of Rural Development clarified the purpose of the project.

Next, MP U Sai Naung of State Hluttaw handed over K 30 million of funds of the project to a member of the village committee.
