With the aim of ensuring swift flow of commodity and saving time and money, a gravel type road is being constructed in Okpho Township, Bago Region.

The road measuring one and two furlong miles in length, 16 ft. in width and 14 inches in height is being  constructed in the six-month mini-budget period of the 2022-2023 financial year at the cost of over Ks 339.00 million allotted by regional government. 

Once completed, the road will benefit economic, social, education and health of local people, staff officer of the Township Department of Rural Development Daw Su Su San.—Aung Thu(IPRD)
