Sumprabum 24 December

A groundbreaking ceremony for construction of a school building in Basic Education Middle School in Khakaranyan village, Sumprabum Township, Putao District, Kachin State was held yesterday afternoon. 

The school building which is 120 ft in length, 30 ft in width and 18 ft in height will be built with K 68.4 million, funds of Union by Manaw Shwe Myay Construction Company.

At the ceremony, Township Administrator U Zar Ni Toe, Township Education Officer Daw Myint Myint San, departmental officials, community leaders and members of school development committee drove stakes at the precinct for the school building construction.
