A groundbreaking ceremony for construction of Kyontaing Police Station was held in Kyontaing village, Wakema Township, Myaungmay District, Ayeyawady Region yesterday.

On the occasion, Presiding Sayadaw of Taikgyi monastery in Pathein and Police Major Khin Naing drove stakes to construct a new facility. 

Afterwards, Police Major Khin Naing of the Township MPF clarified the purpose of the construction of the Police Station.
