Gymnasiums will be constructed in four townships in Regions during 2020-2021 FY, according to Director U Kyaw Min Than from Sagaing Region Department of Sports and Physical Education.

With the aim of boosting the sector of sports, the Ministry of Health and Sports is fulfilling the needs of infrastructure in each fiscal year. Now, the gymnasiums will be built in Wetlet, Tabayin, Taze and Kyunhla Townships in the Region. The buildings which are 120 ft in length, 90 ft in width and 36 ft in height will be built with budget of Union by tender winning companies during the fiscal year.
