Health talk and medical services were given to schoolchildren at Basic Education Middle School in Laekan village in Pondaung Region, 31 miles away from Pale Township, Yinmarbin District, Sagaing Region yesterday. 

 Dentist Dr. Nyi Htwe Paing, Dr. Zaw Htet Aung and medical staff from Township Public Health Department shared health awareness about personal hygiene, oral health, preventative measures for dengue fever and leprosy. 

They then provided health care services to 222 students and gave packages of tooth paste to the students. In addition, 49 students living with dental disease were given oral treatment, according to the Township Information and Public Relations Department.
