Chauk, 5 April
Heat stroke prevention and health awareness activities have been conducted by medical workers from the Township Department of Public Health and ward/village Administrators since yesterday morning in wards and villages in Chauk Township of Magway Region.
On the occasion, healthcare workers and ward/village administrators urged the people in wards and villages in the Township to drink plenty of water, wear cotton fabrics, use heat-resistant materials such as umbrella or hat if it is necessary, live in shady places with low temperatures and pay special attention to elderly people.—Kyaw Moe(IPRD)
