People who are taking shelter at Internally Displaced Person camps in Pauktaw Township, Rakhine state received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine yesterday morning.
On the occasion, healthcare workers monitored the body temperatures and blood pressures of the people in collaboration with staff from the Township General Administration Department before administering the vaccine to them and watched them for 30 minutes after giving the vaccine.
A total of 1100 people including 250 people from Sintetmaw IDP camp, 400 from Kyinnipyin IDP camp, 200 from Hngechaung-1 IDP camp and 250 from Hngechaung-2 IDP camp in Pauktaw Township received their second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on 12 May.—Township IPRD
