Kengung, September 12

Chinese-made beer cans worth about K 1.4 million were destroyed in the compound of Kengtung Township Customs Office in Shan state (east) this morning.

The officials seized 200 packets of Chinese-made beers with a brand name “ Menh dian pi” which were illegally imported from neighboring countries last month. 

Officials led by Assistant Director Nyi Nyi Shein opened beer cans and emptied them.—Ye Htet Oo
