An informative talk about human trafficking and consumer protection was held in B.E.M.S in Chaungkwe Village in Kawlin Township, Sagaing Region yesterday.


The talk was jointly organized by the Township Information and Public Relations Department and Department of Consumer Affairs.


At the talk, an official from the Township Department of Consumer Affairs explained the danger of food with expiry date and an official from the Township IPRD shared knowledge about the danger of drugs and human trafficking to students.


Then, they distributed handouts on narcotic drugs awareness to the attendees. Altogether 120 students attended the event.
